Game Argon is built for respectful, thoughtful video game appreciation and criticism. Harassment, targeted attacks, hate speech, spam, unauthorized commercial solicitations, and bad-faith manipulation are strictly prohibited.
2. Review Authenticity & Anti-Review Bombing
Reviews must reflect genuine personal player judgment. Coordinated review bombing, astroturfing, promotional compensation, and automated bot accounts violate platform policy and are subject to immediate algorithmic filtering or account suspension.
3. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
All video game titles, covers, screenshots, logos, and promotional media belong to their respective publishers and developers. Game Argon hosts promotional materials, criticism, and community discussion strictly under transformative Fair Use provisions.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Community ratings, user reviews, and forum posts reflect subjective user opinions only and do not constitute warranties or endorsements by Game Argon. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
5. Account Termination & Self-Service
You may terminate your account at any time through our Settings > Danger Zone controls. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in harassment, fraud, or violations of our community conduct standards.
